I think I'm ready for autumn
It is no great secret to anyone who knows me that I do not like the heat. This year has, of course, been particularly hot. So, what have I been obsessing over thinking about? Making bread . . . and soup . . . and baking. Yep, that's it; I'm done. Ready for summer to be over.

me too...sort of! Autumn is my favorite, and cool weather beats this hot stuff any day of the week. BUT...this fall brings a wedding, and we're not quite ready...and, I think, I'm not quite ready ~ emotionally that is!!
I just bought wheat flour yesterday so I could try some new recipes in my bread machine.
I love sunshine, but the heat of this summer is even doing me in! I'm with you, autumn will be welcomed this year.

No! Oh no! Heavens no, no....that would mean you know what is just around the corner then....!
I am sooo not ready to be done with summer...but I do love the soups and baking...and FOOTBALL, so yes, your post will help me transition!
